I broke my screen and got a newborn sound thru insurance. A newborn not refurb. As presently as i got it the communication would drop in discover and on crowning of that the ota wouldnt install. so after hour on the sound and numerous rediculous letter from verizon they said they would send me a refurb. Hell no I'm not trading a new/unused for a refurb, so Itold them stop on and hung up. Pulled up odin and pushed the DI01 collection and viola... every works. What a joke
