Two questions here.
First, module be able to update with no data plan? If so, is it straight forward? Right today I exclusive hit wifi and 2.3 is coming out OTA starting today so I'm not trusty if I'll be notified in the forthcoming or not. Also, ground don't they meet hit a download site to update?
Second, this phone is not rooted. If I upgrade, module I be able to stem after?
