Problem with clicking hyperlinks

Hey all,

I conceive I chose a pick application to unstoppered a hyperlink. Now when I choose a hyperlink, the screen just dims (like the schedule to choose comes up again), but there's no menu, and it does not unstoppered in a browser. How crapper I either (a) mend the difficulty or (b) alter my pick for a pick application so I crapper choose again?
