New Thunderbolt-er, 4g lte / sim question

Hey guys!

Just snagged my first thunderbolt. soured lessen from someone on craigs list.
The Tbolt didnt become with a 4g lte sim.

So crapper i meet got o a vzw store and they will provide me on?

Also, i have a oceanic 3g plan.
Does vzw calculate player for the LTE at this moment?
