help please may have bricked recovery wont work

hi been hunting around for awhile slope find the support i need. try'ed loas a rom onto my optimus v under the hypothesis that it was unmoving (maybe not?) and now cragfast in a pickle. it loads untill it gets to the locked concealment with no assist in the top crossway and safe fashion in the bottom. also the contact concealment is inactive.

ive tryed the full home+volume+power to try recovery but nothing happens. also when usb is obstructed in it shows its connected but slope actually acess the sound

god some support to get this sound funtioning would have my thanks for sure
