Goggle news reader: how to importt .OPML file?

I've beek firuging how to import in Google programme reader 1.0.1 my feeds from a .OPML file.

Goggling around I've seen that this choice should be present, in setting. But I've looked at the whole application and I've not institute anything related.

How crapper I do that?
