No Data 3G or 4G

No accumulation in the Northern Virginia/DC area every day yesterday for me. Did binary resets and factory resets. No dice.....

I intend accumulation for about 20 secs that likewise exclusive 4G for right after a reboot, then nothing....

This is newborn equal (refurbished one) that VZ meet sent....

Anyone else having this issue?
