Using Dinc like an iPod Touch

I hit had my Incredible since promulgation period and I ease love it, but I hit been lusting after whatever of the newborn phones that are coming. I strongly think I will upgrade to the Prime when it becomes available. My Incredible is ease in great shape, but rather than delude the phone I am thinking of gift it to my 10 assemblage old son as a WiFi exclusive device. With that said I am extremely uncomfortable with a 10 assemblage having unfiltered internet access. Is there a artefact to completely disable the have browser, or countersign protect the application so that exclusive I know the password? I am also unstoppered to another fictive solutions that will work. I realize my son could ease download a assorted application from the market. Please share thoughts. Thanks
