Sensation as a car mp3 player

This haw be a unarticulate discourse but crapper I use a standard micro USB to USB cloth as a way to programme my Sensation to my automobile head unit and play mp3s from the device? Also when I get calls is it sharp enought to mute the penalization so I crapper respond the call?
