Optimus T contact application/Yahoo sync help needed

I recently got the Optimus T and want to customize. I unmoving with Gingerbreak 1.2 and hardback up with Titanium backup. I am fascinated in effort a meliorate contact covering for the phone. Right now I am disagreeable to set up to sync my character contacts into the phone, but can't seem how to figure it out.

Can I intend rid of the have contact and bring in a meliorate contact application? Any suggestions for the best contact app.
