Power Button is broke - Anyone know how to turn it through ADB

As stated in the title, the noesis fix is broken and my phone is off. I was hoping someone knew how to invoke it on through adb so I can at small make a nandroid for when I convey it for a new one. Anyone discover there know??? (crossing fingers)
