Inspire text issues, wants to delete thread just by backspacing!

HTC inspire, after the gingerbread update whenever im sending a text, if i go to backspace to precise a misspelled word it sends me to the withdraw whole arrange page!
anyone hit a fix? ive done a works reset, no help!
