What does "Usa only No Roam" mean?

I got a honor from Verizon, I did not ask to add this option, but apparently, it was added. Does this mean that I don't hit roaming for accumulation exclusive or for accumulation and voice? Though, I'm assuming accumulation only, since I hit I-dial.
