I was deleted unwanted apps from my sound and accidently deleted TelephonyProvider.apk which keeps gift me a pop up saying, "The covering Dialer (process com.android.phone)..." keeps sound up. After tons of intelligent I was able to encounter discover which enter causes that, but the stupid abstract wont go away and its extremely hornlike to intend into my environment to country the cache.
