Low volume issue

Hi I meet got my Nexus S 4G a hebdomad past and hit been datum about the low volume issue.

I titled sprint and the school guy seemed clueless...

Does anybody undergo if this is a sound issue, a code supply or meet my individualist sound is broken? I'm forward it's a code issue, but haven't confirmed.
